Lets imagine two people each at far ends of the trading style spectrum. Max is a young active and aggressive person who loves to take action immediately and dives in to everything head first. Followed by Albert a middle-aged calm and collective person who enjoys family time and relaxing. It is clear that Max would take a scalping approach to trading and Albert would take a long-term trading approach. Now imagine if Albert tried to become a scalper an Max tried to become a long-term trader. It just won’t happen their personalities contradict the trading styles and therefore they will be unsuccessful.

I mention this as trading websites these days sell you a system/strategy without taking in to consideration what kind of trading personality you have. Some may want 10+ trades a day, other people may want 1-3 trades a day, and some may want 1 trade a week!
